All about technology
Innovators / embracers will investigate new technologies all alone. They will sometimes be useful at the presentation of new technologies that would not have been known in other ways in the company. They will sometimes be “a prickle” in fact to grow for new technologies that they think will be useful (or just “dead” to have) but that do not correspond to the agenda of the company or to the objectives. These people will clutch new technologies when introduced by others, and will often be the first and absolutely incorporated and will use it and help others to use new technologies.
The enthusiasts will accept new technologies with energy. They will not hunt it out ordinarily, but will be eager to incorporate it in the processes where appropriated. Following their frankness, they will often teach without hesitation how to use new technologies and also be useful by helping others in the process of study.
